Tuner Question
For you tuner guys... I was wondering if a friend had a tuner that had tunes in it and possibly locked to their vehicle. Is it possible for me to hook their tuner up to my truck just to delete the EGR electronically.. Not wanting to reflash their tunes into my truck. Just wanting to know if i could use it to disable the EGR valve.

Shawn, I wouldn't try it? Is it an SCT? They are pretty good to work with...call and ask 'em..... but I really don't think it would work for you. I'm pretty sure it has to go into the PCM to do that.
