I hope yall dont get tired of my questions but I got another one!! How do I adjust the driver side door hinge so the door does not sag and hit the strike plate so low? Thanks again!

Not completely sure, but not long ago I temp installed the pax side door to see how it fit after doing all the cab work. I had problems installing it due to the internal attach plate free floats in it's pocket. I would think this is so you can adjust the fit and clearance. I would try loosening the bolts then lift and support the door while you tighten them.
Will be following this since I will need this info in time.
On the F1's I've seen, the factory after fitting the doors, tack welded the hinges to the door post locking them in place. Before adjusting the door, remove the striker and verify the door fit in the opening. only adjust if the gap is uneven around the door. IIRC the factory service manual calls for the use of prying/springing the door to adjust in opening, a 4' long 2x4 and a couple short pieces being the most commonly used tools. Once the door is hanging correctly, reinstall striker and adjust latch to close securely without changing door orientation. The 53-56 have floating hinge mount plates (and much improved latches) making them much easier to adjust. Remove striker, loosen hinge mounting bolts, and while holding/levering the door into position in the opening have a helper retighten the hinge bolts. Verify swing and fit, then reinstall striker and adjust latching.

1st thing to check is that the door hinges aren't worn out. If you open the door and grab the door at the rear bottom. Then try to raise it up. If there is play you need to replace the pins or the complete hinge assys.

Disregard this post! Looks like you have an F100. I jumped the gun, this only works for an F1.
I adjusted mine according to the Ford Shop Manual, page 295, for a sagged door. It said to put a "fiber" block between the hinges and close the door (I used a wooden one instead). It will bend the hinges slightly to repair the sag. It doesn't take much, use small blocks first gradually bigger until it works. It worked on mine.
Shim the lower hinge to raise the back end of the door.
But the OEMs in final assembly used a long oak 2x4 running from under the back edge of the door to the other side of the vehicle. They then put pressure on the free end and bent the door up. This takes some careful pressure just a little at a time to get it right. If you go too far then you will have a more difficult time bending things downward. It is amazing how effective this is with the right touch.
