I have a 99 Expedition that won't start. I have checked the fuel pressure and spark and get both. I have tried starting fluid and it attempts to start but won't stay running. The fuel pump is a couple years old and the plugs a less than a year.
Is there anyway do that without the proper tools. I don't have the tools or money to have it done.

Ok got it running, but it idles really rough. What could be the problem.
