That is actually te wrong sequence, if it's a 56 it would indicate the plant before the year. Can you post a picture of the data plate?
I do not have the original vin plate. Going by the other threads. the sequence is correct. I just couldn't find anything stating what the 11 meant? i know 10 is 110" w.b. so I'm guessing the 11 stands for 118" w.b. since its a 250 truck. Just couldn't find that answer anywhere in the charts that someone made up.

If you don't have the plate, where did you get the number from?
Again your sequence does not match the order of the plate.
the TRUTH with these old trucks is that the paperwork means NOTHING if it doesn't match the actual truck. Have you looked for the serial number stamped in the frame?
Please explain just what you mean by 'ownership', is that a bill of sale or an actual title?
We are all very happy to help folks here but the first and most important part of working on these old trucks is to make sure that you have proper paperwork AND that the paperwork matches the truck.
If it's a 56 (please post pictures of your truck) the serial number will be stamped (if Canadian built) in the driver's side frame rail between the axle and the cab. Get that number first, then you can start to find out what you actually have.
I am assuming that you are only posting part of the actual serial number here, is that correct?

Correct, I didn't post the last 5 production run digits. I have the actual pink ownership the mto gives you way back then. I was told I would have to have it appraised by someone certified and bring it to the mto as proof.

I do not have the original frame to the truck.
All I can say is good luck! In the states you would be SOL with that truck, trying to get a title in your name.
Sounds like you have an ownership. Without anything on the truck to match it against, there isn't much else to do. Get it appraised low for the MOT taxes, and go from there.
I just went through this, but I have the original plates, and ownership matches.
