Try looking for a VIN stamped on the frame. Top of the passenger side frame rail, behind the front axle centerline, possibly as far back as under the cab.
Not an easy place to get to, it's probably covered in mung, dust and rust, and you may need a mirror.
To get the correct front drum, the size of the brake shoes and the front axle capacity must be known.

If there's no Certification Label glued to the left door face, then there's nothing I can do for you.
The thing is, there's no such thing as a F700 with factory installed 4WD. So, what you have, is a Frankenstein Monster, with parts swapped from gawd only knows what.
First off, 5 stud wheels on an F-700? I'll say that isn't factory. The International Harvester trademark on the hub selector sort of removes all doubt.
Probably the only thing to do at this point is break it all down and take that drum to a commercial truck parts house and see what they can come up with. Forget most NAPA's, Autozone, ect.. No guaranty it's still available though.
