This VIN doesn't make any sense. 1961/80 VIN has 11 digits, 1981 thru today VIN has 17 digits.
11 digit VIN would begin with F70 / 17 digit VIN would begin with 1FD
Get the VIN from the registration/title and post it.

Sorry, I cannot help you, I don't know of any US VIN that has 15 digits.
1981 US/Canadian truck would have a 17 digit VIN (see parts catalog pic),

Is there a plate or sticker on the driver door? VIN and various other codes are on that if it's still there.

Not for sure where it was sold new. I do not have a clue what the DN is in the vin. I was told it was a forestry truck .

Try looking for a VIN stamped on the frame. Top of the passenger side frame rail, behind the front axle centerline, possibly as far back as under the cab.
Not an easy place to get to, it's probably covered in mung, dust and rust, and you may need a mirror.

To get the correct front drum, the size of the brake shoes and the front axle capacity must be known.
I need the AXLE Code printed on the Certification Label, but...
If there's no Certification Label glued to the left door face, then there's nothing I can do for you.
The thing is, there's no such thing as a F700 with factory installed 4WD. So, what you have, is a Frankenstein Monster, with parts swapped from gawd only knows what.

First off, 5 stud wheels on an F-700? I'll say that isn't factory. The International Harvester trademark on the hub selector sort of removes all doubt.
Probably the only thing to do at this point is break it all down and take that drum to a commercial truck parts house and see what they can come up with. Forget most NAPA's, Autozone, ect.. No guaranty it's still available though.

OK, I merged these threads as there were pictures on one that were important to solving the puzzle.
I think you have an IH FA-50 front axle there, and it's a good bet you've got an IH RA20 or similar out back.
So how is this an F700?
What engine is in it? Transmission?
