Several tuners on the market that can clear it, and keep it clear. I think you can do it with the torque pro app as well.

Insight is a gauge and won't clear it.

InSight is also a code reader and is able to clear codes.

The code will recur. You can delete the stored code as many times as you want, but it takes a tuner to disable the coding otherwise it will just keep coming back on until you change the programming. I can turn off the CEL temporarily by deleting codes with my Insight, but it comes back until I use the SCT 3015 to disable the EGR valve.

Yes and no, it will clear codes but will not change the programming, without changing the programming the codes will continue to reoccur every time the truck computer looks for the EGR status. By using a programmer you can disable the EGR which will remove it from the computers checks, therefore no more EGR codes.

Pull the FICM relay. It won't start without it.

Under hood #304 IDM relay. Check your owners manual. Or search here for a pic.

Exact pressures I don't know. I never had excessive pressures or venting from the degas. Heads were done under warranty by Ford when it had I think 24,000 miles around 2007. I have on it 155,000 miles plus.
I'll warn again watch the temps and boost. High boost you're looking for trouble in my opinion based on my experiences.
