1966 Mercury
Morning guys since I have been getting such good responses on here to my questions I was wondering if a couple of you help me out with a couple more.
Where is the best place to buy rust repair parts like floor pans, cab mounts, cab corners, and one other odd area in the front next to the hood hinges there are the rails that bolt to the fire wall that basically support the front clip and inner fenders. I have a spot of rust on those not sure if to cut it out or if a repair piece is available.
Also the truck came with out engine I picked up a doner truck that ended up having a 1967 390 in it. I am wondering If the motor mounts in the original frame will work for the drop in 390 or if I will need the metal mounts form the doner. Any help will me greatly appreciated.
