Removing lift issues.

I have a 04 f250 6.0. I am removing my 6" Superlift. Besides being on for 11 years and building up on rust I am having an issue with removing the rear blocks. Not really with the removal but with the results. Before I put the lift on the rear was level, with the lift on it was level, but after removing the rear blocks I have found that that the truck now is shorter on one side. There is a notable difference, like 1/2 to an inch. Could I have moved something and note noticed it? If so what would that might be? Can it be corrected? Thank you in advance.

Continue looking at both sides to see if anything is different from one to another, pretty much like a spot the differences puzzle. How are the springs looking? Is one side softer than the other? What about the bushings?

Drive it around hit some hit some speed bumps in a parking lot and then see where it settles. Sometimes when a lift goes on it settle right until its driven. possible same when removed.
