6.0 icp high voltage under certain conditions

So background on the truck, '03 CCSB 6.0. Fuel pressure regulator spring upgrade, K&N intake, and that's about it. Had a slew of problems with the injection system (ended up with a new FICM, IPR, and ICP) that fixed all of my problems, truck ran like a champ and still does.

...until I install the tune from my Superchips Flashpaq. After a couple runs (no WOT, just normal driving), I get the ICP high voltage code (I don't recall the number). Truck doesn't run any different, and acts just fine. I can clear it, but it comes back after another couple trips. If I put it back to stock, all problems go away and don't return. On a side note, before I replaced the ICP I had no issues aside from the ICP bleeding oil everywhere. This problem only arose after I replaced the ICP and pigtail. In fact, the tune was already on the truck when I replaced the sensor, and putting it back to stock fixed it.

I don't have immediate access to any good programmer to see what's going on, but I could probably arrange it in a few days. But here's my question: I know it's possible for any sensor to be bad right out of the box, but if I made the pigtail a bit longer than stock (probably 2-3") because I wanted a bit more slack in it, could that cause my issue? Can anyone tell me what all the Flashpaq changes that could cause this code to be thrown on a truck that runs fine with a stock tune? I've google searched and come up with nothing, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks guys.

We really need the code to help. I'm wondering if the wiring isn't switched and the truck is running on default parameters.

Unless the new sensor was built wrong, the wiring is correct. I cut and reconnected it one wire at a time, and made sure they were the correct wires.

The ICP was aftermarket. At the time, I didn't have the cash to pay the premium price for an OEM one. The pigtail, however, was OEM.

And like I said, I can run the truck as hard as I want without the tune, and it won't throw the code. It will only throw it with the tune, even if I baby the truck. I do appreciate the responses though guys. Keep the ideas comin', I'd love to sort this out.
