I have a 1988 F250. What color would you recomend painting it. I cant decide. Also where is a good place to buy stuff for this truck online it has a 460. Thanks
Just because its easier , Id stick with the same color . If you change colors you will have to sand & paint jambs , under hood etc to make it look nice . Its a lot more work to change colors .
I agree, stay with the stock color Dewey. You might be surprised how nice it will look with today's high quality base coat, clear coat paints. If you want a contrast, you can always use a different color at the bottoms of the fenders and doors.
One word of caution, check the prices before choosing a different color. Reds and some yellows are more expensive and succumb to UV light and fade quicker.
Well it decided to paint it black this summer. I have some buddies that are gonna come over for the weekend and help sand so i can save a little money.
