I love my 2015 F350. It is the tow vehicle for our fifth wheel camper and it does the job.
One difficulty has been getting my mom-in-law in and out of the truck. She is not tall, and is mobility limited (2 replaced hips and a replaced knee) She can climb the home made stairs to get up to the running board but the next step in to the truck is very difficult. The problem is that he helper handle in the rear of the cab is placed wrong to give her help. It is all the way to the front of the door. She always reaches up to help pull herself up but the handle is not there.
See the picture of the 2016 I posted. The red arrow points to the stock handle that is out of reach when she is climbing in. It is too low and too far forward to help her in.
I drew in a yellow handle where I want to add a chicken bar.
Has anyone added a bar here? What did you get? How did you attach it?
