fuel injector help!!!

Just rebuilt my 302 and put back into the truck. The thing will not start. Injectors are not firing. Here is what I have done and tested.

Fuel pressure is at 42lbs

Timing is good

I am getting spark. (truck will fire right up on starting fluid)

I am getting power to the injectors

The ground wire that's hanging out of the injector harness is grounded to the bell housing

Everything that looks like it needs to be grounded is grounded.

I put in a new fuel pump relay cause I am having issues there. Does not seem to get power when I turn the key on. If I jumper the wires the fuel pump comes on but not with the relay in. Not sure if that relay has anything to do with the eec or not.

just stumped!!!!!!!

Sounds like you did not hook the small black wire with a green stripe back up to the NEG post of the battery when you got done.
