Windshield wipers inoperative
Does anyone have the schematics for the wipers for an 88 F-150. Just bought the truck and I am trying to troubleshoot a wiper issue. Already checked the fuse and it was good.

The wiper motor is notorious for failing when the magnets inside the wiper motor come loose in these years of trucks.
Check for power at the wiper motor connection to see if you have power going to it. If you have power to the motor, try moving the wiper arms and lightly tap the motor. Sometimes that will start it back up for a few wipes.
I had to replace my 89's wiper motor several times due to the magnets coming unglued inside the wiper motor.
