overheating problems

I'm sure this is nothing new after doing my research here, but my truck is overheating badly on a regular basis. I have a 2005 f-250 6.0 automatic 4x4, all I have done is s&b cold air intake, 4" mbrp turbo back exhaust, leveling kit, and 35s. There is a ScanGuage II in the truck as well. I have 210k on the truck. I haul a lawn trailer 5 days a week with 2 large zero turns. This all started 2 months ago as I was driving, I gunned it while merging into traffic while under load. I nearly immediately heard a loud hiss or air leak and wondered what it was, it was only while accelerating that I could hear it. I later found out it was the plastic cold side charge pipe for my intercooler had a small hole in it. About a mile down the road my truck hit 236 degrees eot and nearly the same ect. I pulled over and checked my coolant. I was a gallon low. Let it cool off and drove it home. Checked it over and no leaks i could see. I hadnt lost any coolant on the eay home. I kept driving it for a couple weeks until one day i looked down and saw it was at 236 eot again, so i was about to pull off the road and check my fluids again. Then my truck shot coolant all over the outside of the windshield and under the hood. I looked and couldnt see where it was coming from. Took it to a respectable diesel shop down the road and they said i had 5 cracks in my radiator and needed to replace it. I bought my own and replaced it. Truck ran cool that night while test driving it. But overheated again the next day. I then replaced the charge pipe with sinister diesels aluminum one wondering if that was the problem. It wasnt. So what now? I then replaced the radiator cap hoping it was a pressure issue, but the pressure was fine, that did nothing for me. I also have replaced the thermostat and upper radiator hose, as it looked warped as well. None of these things have helped me at all. The truck used to constantly run around 190 to 200 all day long. I now normally see 210 to 230 all day long. It seems to be worse if I run the ac while towing, especially after I accelerate heavily or go up a hill the Temps rise rapidly. The fan will eventually (sporadically) kick on and cool me ect off a few degrees but the oil stays hot (even on the highway). I have thought I may have an airlock in the coolant somewhere? The heads may be beginning to lift? The oil cooler could be going bad? The egr valve needs replaced? I don't know what to do...I want to save myself some money and not go get it diagnosed by a shop but I'm at a loss. Any help would be awesome!

Thanks guys.

Has the thermostat been changed?
Is your EGR valve unplugged?
Water pump original?

IMO, you need to install a pressure gauge on the degas bottle. Also, post up the fan speed and the fan speed desired data.

By what you described and chain of events it sounds like you possibly have a blown head gasket or cracked EGR cooler allowing combustion gases into the coolant system. I'd hook into the degas resevoir hose with a mechanical pressure gauge and see how quickly the pressure rises and what it's going upto.
First, couple questions.
Is it using coolant?
Is it leaking coolant out the cap showing signs of excessive pressure?
Can you top it off with coolant and run it with the gauge hooked up and post your results?
Hopefully we can rule out that it is not building a lot of pressure fast and then concentrate on other reasons it may over heat, like a bad coolant pump impeller.

Check for a ruptured egr cooler. Park nose down over night then pull the get valve and clook for moisture.

If there is coolant in the intake under the egr valve, just buy one of those $50 egr delete kits with the up pipe and install. Leave the EGR in its place, plugged in. I have been running my 2005 like this for 6 months now with no DTCs present.
