Replacing Automatic Shift Lever
Hello Everyone,
06 350 here. I was wondering if it would be possible to replace my Automatic tranny shift lever with one from a newer truck (08+).
If possible, what exactly would need to be replaced? Anyone heard of anyone doing it? Is it a Big job?

I'm guessing that you can't. I have a 2006 F350 and a 2011 F350 and the shifters are different. I'd think that all of the connections are different too. I just replaced the wiper/turn signal switch in my 2011, and it was basically a plug in computer board.
