Thanks! The solenoids are a bit tough to reach, but not a real involved repair.

All the power of a diesel without the noise. The cab is soooo quiet. Even outside the truck its not any louder than a gas engine.

Evening guys.

Greg the truck looks awesome.
Best of luck with it.

Looks like another hot one tomorrow.
I will be getting an early start to try and beat some of the heat.

That thing looks NICE Greg!

Made it to Jamestown, NY this evening. Not quite as far as I had hoped, but I didn't sleep well last night and had to spend a couple hours in Albany signing out at our battalion headquarters. The old Lincoln seems up to the task, pulling hills in 94 degree weather it only hit 220 degrees before the fan kicked in and brought it down. Transmission reached a high of 191.

Here's MY photo shoot on the Watervliet Arsenal. Nowhere near as good looking as Greg's truck, but she works for it.

Good morning everyone. Gonna try and make Osseo, WI this evening. Haven't done 780 miles in a day in quite awhile, we'll see if I have that much ambition come this evening.

Morning all

Good luck on the trip pulling that boat. Sorry I didn't have a chance to see you before you left. You have a safe trip.

Greg, that is one good looking truck. I wish you all the luck with it.

Stay cool it's going to be another hot one today.

Good evening everyone. Didn't make Osseo like I had hoped, a questionable trailer tire and severe storm made me pull off in Madison. Got drenched getting checked into the hotel, far better than changing a tire in it!

I'll be back John, this trip is only to drop off the boat and check out a house or two. Will probably be back in the area for a week or two depending on how soon movers can get us packed up. Found out today there were some delays getting the paperwork processed, so we may be here until Labor Day. Not sure yet.

Morning all.

Going to be humid out there today. Staying indoors today with a little ice tea.
One of the few advantages to being retired.

Tom good to see that "white whale" hold up. Do you have a place to put the boat up there?

Looking forward to the weekend. PIG ROAST... Cooking starts early in the wee hours and goes into late afternoon. An act of love.

Good morning everyone.

I'll be able to put it at a friend's house close to where I used to live. One of the advantages of going back to an area we've been to before.

Really nice folks up here, I pulled into a Farm and Fleet store a half hour before closing time and they took care of me. $223 for two Carlisle radials mounted and installed. Pretty happy how that turned out.
