How do you over fill the trans ,given how easy it is to read the dipstick ?

I agree, the trans dipstick was designed by a dipstick.

C'mon Rick, I thought you knew everything about these trucks? I did not overfill it, John's helper did on the install. It comes out the vent hole on the top when it's overfilled. And it will cause it to act up. Again, ask me how I know.

LOL! Absolutely Phil. Even John said they are kind of a PITA, but once you learn their finicky ways, its a non-issue.

I dislike the plastic part really. Metal dipsticks IMO are better.that plastic doesn't let the fluid stick as well.I actually checked mine a few days ago.it was a tad low after replacing the trans cooler a few weeks ago.

Rick. Yea that deal with Byron was a bad deal for sure. John woods took good care of him in the end tho.
