2015 Expedition Problems constant check engine light
Well after the engineer from Ford exhausted all attempts at fixing the issue Ford did a buy back on the Expedition. Once that decision was made things went pretty smoothly. I have to hand it to Five Star Ford in Dallas (the original dealer we bought the Expedition from) They really stepped up to the plate and found an exact duplicate of the Expedition with all the options and add on's that my wife had in the other one. They actually delivered the new one from Dallas to Houston and switched them out. And the icing on the cake..... I had 2.9 % interest on the old one and the new one Ford credit gave me 0% so my note on the new one went down.
This whole ordeal was really frustrating at first, and I will say that I will NEVER do business with Tomball Ford in the future due to the blatant lies that Rusty the service tech fed us during the ordeal. On several occasions he was downright dishonest and to this day I still don't understand his reasoning for being dishonest, yeah the situation sucked but why not just tell us the truth. Some may say that you can not fault the whole dealership due to one man but it was the fact that his supervisor was made aware of the lies and did nothing.
in closing...
I now have a happy wife, Ford really took care of business in the end and Five Star Ford really did an awesome job. I bought my F350 from them as well and will plan on buying my next truck from them.
Enjoy the new Expy. I wish your wife many happy and safe miles; putting my wife in a trouble free vehicle is a very high priority.

Full Disclosure: Gullo Ford has NEVER been a client of mine.
