I will be replacing my Y-pipe and up-pipe when I replace my turbo soon. I have the bulletproof EGR cooler and will probably keep it in place. But I have not found a good replacement up-pipe that has a better HD bellow than stock. I do not want to keep the stock bellow configuration on the up-pipe.
Anybody know of a good replacement?
Or can offer suggestions?
Thanks.

my stock pipe let go around 115 k at the braided sections, both, I replaced it with a PPE it has no braided sections , just wrinkle belly ( what we call it on a boat ) there are no shields so I wrapped it with exhaust wrap twice where it goes by the ICP and IPR, its a nice looking piece, but time will tell, only got 20k on it now
FWIW--I've never seen an up-pipe with the EGR and no bellows, but I bet Josh can fix you up with a bellows that won't crack like OEM does.
Thanks for the shout out
As for a solid passenger up pipe that still utilizes the EGR cooler I haven't heard of it. Could be tricky lining up the manifold, cooler and y-pipe if it was all solid.
Avoid the MBRP Y Pipe. It's a complete joke. Seems the Dorman unit has an OK track history so far. Being that it's modeled after the OEM design I would expect failure at some point. And no that isn't a knock on Dorman, just the OEM flex joints are not the ideal solution for the 6.0.
