If that's the style light you want, I would recommend the 05-07 housings with the matching header swapped in. While these are definitely better than the stock units, they leave some stuff lacking. The adjusters for a start, there is only one. Turning it out both raises the beam AND moves it out. Turning it in moves the beam down and in. There are no independent adjusters for vertical and horizontal. It took me forever to get the hot spots to be both where I wanted them for best light, while also not being that douchebag that's blinding everybody.

The beam pattern itself is somewhat scattered up close, which I didn't like. However I swapped 9005 bulbs into the foglights when I did the headlights, and they MORE than make up for the scattered pattern. I actually ended up jumping some wires in the switch to work my fog's independently from the headlights, so now I run the foglights only around town at night. Headlights for speeds over 45, below that the fogs are more than sufficient at lighting the road and shoulder.

If you want the LED's driving lights, I still suggest some 05-07 housings and get a quality halo kit.
One of my fog lights just burned out, so now I'm looking at upgrading them to a better brighter light. Are the 9005 lights that you are running LED?

No, I'm just running some standard Sylvania Ultra (I think, orange packaging) bulbs. Haven't had a problem with them melting housings or wires and they been in there for over a year.

Having seen ags LED's, I'm going to swap out when I have some spare cash and see how they perform. Not saying what I have now isn't bright as all get out, but I like LED's for the lower electrical demands compared to incandescent.

On my 99 Super Duty I went with a 02-04 style head lamp and some Sylvania silverstar bulbs. Gray package. They are way brighter then before. If you need something brighter check out the link below for a projector kit and HID or LED setup.

I second this option. All the RetroFit stuff I have seen is amazing looking. Way better than any aftermarket assymblies you can buy and you can use FOMOCO headlight assymbly and have the best quality headlights IMO.

Thanks for all the ideas guys!

Is it my imagination, or is that retofit site not working right? I punched in my truck info, and it never gives me any options for headlight assemblies.
