So you are having issues with filling your truck at the fuel pump? You are NOT having an issue with the engine getting fuel to run?
Are you using a 'big rig' diesel pump or the standard size diesel pump? These factory tanks have a shotty setup for venting air and if you try to fill the fuel tanks too quickly the fuel will get backed up in the filler neck and cause the nozzle to shut off.
The fuel pools in the fill neck, and stays there, slowly draining in, taking a couple of minutes for a pint to trickle into the tank. I tried rodding the fill tube, but nothing seems to be blocking, it just... doesn't work. I'm kinda at a loss.
I'm going to be taking it apart in a little bit here.
Edit: I forgot Jim's site isn't good for linking directly. I would recommend you google search "'7.3 tank vent mod"
Edit Edit: Nevermind it appears to be working.
