Thanks for your time but the E5TZ-9189-B and the other links are all for the 6 port solenoid valve. I am looking for the P/N for the Tank Selector switch that is on the dash in the cab. Its just to the right of the AC/Heat Controls.
I've been completely unable to find it despite spending hours in the Official Ford manuals. There is something that looks like it in Section 145, pg 1, number 14529 of the Master Parts and Accessories Illustrated Catalog FPS 8472-B but this keeps translating into a Window Control switch.
If anyone could help with this I would be grateful
First, the page you selected is for the Bronco power rear window controls. You need Page 10 of Section 184:
Then, if you pick 14529 you find it apparently is "switch". I found dozens of hits on that number as there are switches everywhere. But, if you use 9A050 from the drawing you find the table shown below. However, there is a puzzling statement of "w/single fuel system". I'm not sure what that means but I do know there was no switch unless there were two tanks. So, presumably it means that switch wasn't used if the truck was set up for two fuels, like LPG and gasoline.
1985 F250HD, 460(7.5L) gas/carb. Dual tank Hot fuel configuration. Am looking for the Ford part number for the Tank Selector switch in the AC/Heat panel.

I see that the 460's had mechanical pumps, and electric pumps. But, my question is of all hot-fuel systems used electric pumps or not? I can't tell, although maybe you can, if the E0UZ-9350-B & E5TZ-9350-E are with hot-fuel systems or not.

I don't have a clue...it's been too long for me to recall, haven't seen a Ford dealers pay check since 8/1997.
All the OP has to do...is look at his switch...to get the ID number from it, then compare it to the two switch ID numbers I listed, then order the correct D5TZ or E3TZ switch.
Someone from this forum emailed me awhile back with a '85 F250 6.9L, gave me these switch numbers: E3TZ-9A050-AA (marked: E3TB-9A050-AA), said he couldn't find one anywhere. (sigh).
I told him: "You haven't looked everywhere, because this puppy is still available from Ford!"
