What do you think would be a fair price to offer him for the bumper/grille and hardware? I was originally going to go eBay aftermarket but having OEM would be *really* nice. The only thing I'd have to do is repaint the bumper pad at the top.
Those spacers are NOT hubcentric so DO NOT use them with the hubcentric 18" late model SD H-D rims and lug nuts that you linked to earlier, there will be nothing to center the rims on the hubs/studs. Rims either get centered by the hubcentric ring or by the conical seat of the lug nuts, OEM Super Duty rims are hubcentric and use flat washer faced lug nuts, non hubcentric rims use lug nuts with conical seats to center the rims on the lug studs. Using the OEM lug nuts on non hubcentric spacers won't work as there is nothing to center the rim on and using conical seat nuts on OEM rims may or may not be a good mix as the rims are not designed for that type of nut and don't have a matching conical surface for the nuts to mate to.
