about time to replace 2003 fx4 ranchos
Ok, been researching about replacing the Ford version Rancho shocks on my 2003 FX4; seems people believe they were not true Ranchos.. anyway, the best I can find out , the Rancho replacement is the 5000's, and I hear they are not as stiff as the Ford versions etc. I want to keep the ride-feel I have NOW, not mushier or stiffer.....alot of folks point to the Bilsteins 5100 's...about same price, but lot of sites show not available now......and I dont know if they are the level I am looking for..........so any FX4 owners, if you have replaced your older Ranchos, please advise........thanks for any info..........
