Hmm, it should be a truck pressure plate. Maybe you were supplied the wrong part?
I don't have spare parts at the house to measure. Looking around the web the only measurement I found for pressure plate finger diameter is an image over at MACs website. I'm not impressed with MACs quality control so use the image for reference with a bit of skepticism. Quick question, points are shorting out on hinge randomly. is there a cause for this or did the points just go bad? trying to get the truck running again for a car show back home this weekend. Also check for shorting wires but found none.
