You need to return to stock because the strategy is wrong for an 06

Did you SAVE his stock tune to a computer or someplace OTHER than the SCT? If you didn't the truck will need to get towed into Ford and have them reflash the PCM.

You need to have SCT re-set the tuner to HIS stragedy once it is returned to stock by the dealer.

Do you have any power at all? Grab the thick Yellow/Light Blue wire on the passenger side by the vacuum pump, squeeze disconnect, with Key On, connect it to the battery Positive and see if it cranks.

The tuner is VIN locked and I think you can use it up to 5 different vehicles. Even though the tune was wrong and a no start occurred, the tuner captures his stock strategy. Once returned it should have been Ok.

I did the same thing with my SCT back when I was buying it from a guy. I was lucky in that after contacting SCT they had a copy of MY stock tune and sent it to me.They then reset the tuner to my VIN. I have heard they don't do that anymore tho.... he can try!
