Would someone mind posting a few picture of how the horns are mounted under the hood? I have had mine off so long, I forget how they are mounted...I should have taken more pictures...

I mounted these horns under the hood of my '51 and it affected the hood springs in a bad way.
Before the horns were installed I purchased two new Reproduction springs and put them in. The hood would open and stay fully up. I was quite happy with the difference the new springs made.
Then a few weeks later I put in the two horns, mounted exactly like the picture above. The hood would barely stay open, as if the horns were too heavy. On warm days the hood won't stay up at all and I now have to use a home-made prop rod each time I open the hood. I keep the rod in the bed. It's very discouraging because the new springs worked great and if I bought another set I probably won't have any difference with the horns there.
It's something I deal with but wanted to share that and see if anyone else here has any similar experience with this situation.
