Staying home today/tonight. Gonna grill up some NY steak and corn on the cob in the rain. Lightning and thunder will be my fireworks on this 4th of July. How awesome is that? Happy 4th everyone. Remember to get a dedicated driver or use a taxi. DUI's aren't worth the convenience of driving home, especially tonight. Poe-leece are out in force.

I hear ya Tim. Big enforcement last night. Stayed home with wife and dogs with a pitcher of margaritas (or 2) Fireworks stopped here about 1:30, thankfully not a workday as I get up by 2;30-3:00

No fireworks here. Too dry for that stuff out in the country. We quit doing fireworks on the 4th of July about 15 years ago. We save them for New Years.
There were a few lightning strikes in the county last night. One friend almost lost her house to a pasture burn but CDF got it under control.

, First of all Congrats BD on your weddin, going on 24 years of Hell
I mean Good life 
. I hope everybody had a safe 4th I Irrigated just for the reason that We send off ( a lot of not so Legal works) along with what Neighbors are close ( across the Orchards) have to send our way. I'm feeling like I stayed up to late and the Yard work is done So Pool side for Me

We finally got a little bit of that rain today. This morning was hot, then it poured for about 10 minutes around 4...
Just overcast since then. Some places down the road got some flash flooding.
