Backup Camera

I have a 2009 F 150 FX4 crew cab. I want to install a backup camera. It has SYNC and navigation (factory installed). I want the Ford emblem camera for the tailgate and to display it on the NAV screen only when in reverse. Does anyone know of a kit for this?
