I have an 86 f250HD. I have replaced the master cylinder/booster unit, rf caliper, and both rear wheel cylinders, bled brakes and pedal still seems low. any suggestion from the experts?

Go to the rear and jack the truck up. Turn the tires by hand and manually adjust the brake shoes through the slot in the back on both sides. Adjust them till you can't turn the tire by hand, and then back them off till you can turn the tire but there is still some rubbing. That should do it.

The self adjusters on these trucks are notorious for not working correctly so depending on how much you drive it, you might be doing this again in about a year.
