Lost spark

Lost spark
95 E350, Windsor.
Working on my van again, it hasn't run much the past yr due to needing brakes, got that done and started it up.
Ran ok for a few seconds then died out.
I thought fuel starvation but a timing light shows no spark at the coil.
I replaced this coil, or the old one, a few yrs ago but can't remember the test to troubleshoot it.
