Not sure what year, model or engine you have but here are a few photos of mine you can see the lines in...

They MAY be for the EGR valve & the emissions valve at the back of the right side... But that is just a guess...

I think they might T into 1 vacuum line and go to the vacuum canister on the passenger side fender. I could be wrong with out pictures. I'll see if I can take some pictures for you.

The first picture below with the Yellow-White tape is the vacuum line for the Throttle body to Purge Solenoid to the Carbon Vapor Canister down by the passenger side radiator.

The second picture below marked in Red and Blue is for the Max A/C - Heater vacuum line. It goes from the Vacuum tree on the upper intake manifold and then T's off...

The third and fourth pictures below is for the EGR valve... It is just 1 rubber-plastic line that plugs into the top part of the Green-Red-White taped sensor. I had an extra assembly off the 5.8L laying around I took a picture of.

The fifth picture below is for the Map Sensor that plugs directly into the upper intake manifold.

The sixth and seventh pictures are for the TAD and TAB Sensors. The vacuum lines plug into the bottom parts of the TAD and TAB sensors and then T off into the Vacuum canister on the passenger side fender.
