7.3 e40d transmission help
hello i have a 97 f350 crewcab shortbox with the 7.3 and e4od
previous owner said it was rebuilt 20 000 km ago but sat for a year and wouldnt shift
replaced the solenoid pack because it had no resistance on solenoids now it shifts
e40d feels like its slipping only when i hammer on it but usually shifts firm
hooked up a snapon scanner no tranny codes but the torque converter only locks in overdrive
any help would be greatly appreciated as i just redid the body and was hoping to put in on the road soon
