Troubleshooting Light Mounting

Was this mounted using the same washer head phillips trim screw like is used to hold the cowl on and the cowl to hood seal?

No, not that small; IIRC they used larger, phillips-head (or maybe 8 or 10 mm hex) sheet metal screws.

Ah ok, I guess I will need to do some research in my parts and illustration guide to see if I can find what the specs are and I will just order some.

I am currently trying to find a 1142 LED bulb that will fit under the clear bulb cover. I also need to order a bulk pack of BA9s bulbs in Green and Warm White as well.

Too bad the truck at work doesn't have one I could use that as a way to find a close match.

Looking up hardware like that in the parts manual sucks; I'd match the thing up to where it's supposed to mount (locate the pre-drilled holes) then get something from the local hardware store that will work.

That's what I ended up doing with the 82 at work that I am putting back together I just find what will work and threaded it in where need be.

That is a easy problem for me, my problem is locating the correct LED bulb I want for this light its a BA15D base but the two pins on the bottom one is + and one is - but most of what I am finding is 1157 style bulbs where both pins are + and the side case is -.

The few I did find they are 1.8" and it wont fit under the plastic cover as the oem 90 series bulb is 1.44" max over all length. I believe I could get away with one up to 1.50" but that is at most.
