2004 Ford F150 5.4 3v timing chain replacement help

I'm replacing the phasers and timing parts and just got the front of the engine off.
There was only one broken piece (circled in pic)as you can see in the picture. Can anyone tell me if these parts are after market? I am assuming they are.
I replaced phasers a while back then after a couple weeks started missing so I opened it back up to do this, but the guides and tensioners look ok???

I have opened my engine several times, don't recall seeing that part. Do you know where that part inside the circle came from? My parts are OEM, the look like mine.
