2004 Ford F150 5.4 3v timing chain replacement help

I'm replacing the phasers and timing parts and just got the front of the engine off.

There was only one broken piece (circled in pic) as you can see in the picture. Can anyone tell me if these parts are after market? I am assuming they are.

I replaced phasers a while back then after a couple weeks started missing so I opened it back up to do this, but the guides and tensioners look ok???
Attached a picture would appreciate any help thank you!!

Any luck

Hi,
Just wondering if you every got this figured out. The timing chain in my F150 5.4 was replaced, but I'm pretty sure it's off time and may have to redo myself.

I think the broken piece was part of a cam sensor which happened before I got the truck. It also looks like one tensioner has been replaced and the older one I can push in pretty easy. Both tensioners had R on them instead of L and R as well not sure if that matters.

There are spots inside the cover where the chain was rubbing and on the engine, but I think also this was before I bought it. Driver side phaser had been replaced with an aftermarket brand.

The passenger side phaser pin had broken and I think it broke the cam sensor and jumped a tooth on the chain cause I was getting out of timing codes. It would only run right with one cam sensor plugged in as well.
The truck does have good oil pressure.

I am just going to replace everything in there not sure what else I can do.

Yes replace everything, make sure there is no slack in your chains on the non tensioner side. If you have slack you will be out of time. You should have a L and R
