Dang,, that's prob better then. If a noise makes you want to jump ship,, who knows how you'd react to a real problem!!! Lol.

Actually, repositioning the exhast pipe help alot. It was still there, but not too bad. I sold the truck, 2003 F250 ex cab, to buy a 2006 F350 crew cab.

I had a vibration noise when the truck was at a stop light. When I put it in park the noise would go away so it was hard to find it. Not until I had to fix the hpop I found it. It was the marmon clamp on the end of the EGR cooler. It was just spinning around the connection.

With exception of a starter mounting bolt, I haven't found anything loose on my truck. And I've already done the oil cooler, egr delete, and HPOP. Other than maybe the power steering pump, something tells me it's a few weak injectors and/or slop in the turbo wheel(s).
