Drum brake adjustment?

I cant remember which way I move the star wheel through the slit on my rear dana 60 to tighten the shoes... Is it top to bottom or bottom to top?

You move your side of the star wheel as accessed via the hole in the backing plate down.

So both the driver and pass side both get moved down correct?
