What is a good tuner/programmer for a 2010 expedition with the 5.4?? I am looking for better mileage not really power. but if i get both that's great too!
Also, is a CAI and a cat back system going to be that much of a help??
No. The cat-back will give you more sound and perhaps a little more power/torque within a given range, though you may lose some power/torque in another part of the range. The CAI simply isn't worth the money. It's costly and will provide little, if any, benefit - and it may even draw hotter air than the stock system. FWIW, I think Magnaflow and Gibson have the 2 best cat-back offerings for the 3rd gen Expeditions.

The Superchips Flashpaq is the only tuner I am aware of that allows for 2 vehicles. Even in that case, both vehicles must be of the same make.
