So the coils didn't work. Should I try to add another next to it or move them to a different spot on the harness? Right now I have the coils on the wire between the factory bulb socket and the LED driver.

See in the photo in post #40 https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post15438494
how the wire is wrapped more than once through the coil? try that but only
one wire in one coil do that with both the + and ground wires. If that does not kill it then
you might need to also add one or two capacitors. to get good blocking.
Just to make sure we are talking AM noise or are you having the TPMS issue?
Mine is the TPMS issue. AM signal is fine. I'll take a picture of the one I bought. It's the only one they had at Radio Shack and it's different than what is in the picture.
so whats the verdict here because Im confused. LED upgrade throws TPMS and other issues so not worth the hassle?
APOC is having a 15% off fathers day sale, im sure there will be a july 4th sale also. There are so many LED bulbs for sale, I looked on Ebay and some are $59 a kit whats separates all these????
It would depend on the brand and how they put into it.
What happens is the power box that most are calling a
ballast puts out RF that messes with the TPMS signal
transmission. The better units won't do that. But your going
to pay a lot more for them because they have more
R&D to put in to get them to work correctly. Same goes
with the cheep HID stuff out there. I would pick out a unit
where they say it won't interfere or will give 100% refund
if it does. That way your only out time.
