Just so you guys know, I finally narrowed down my "TPMS Fault" to the LED headlights. I'm not sure why only the headlights cause the fault and not the fogs, but that's the case. I called Xenon Depot today and they said they have never heard of them doing that, but they will check into it.

Seems like an odd correlation, being interesting to hear what they come back with.

How did you come about that determination?
Not doubting with this question just looking for the logic to how you came to this conclusion.

Interesting. It sounds like there is some form of interference from the LEDs causing the TMPS not to read/write/transmit/receive correctly. Depending on the type of TMPS sensor is installed in the wheel.
HIDs are known to have interference issues with radios and the like. My HID set up has interference in the FM bands of the radio. Distant stations die out once the lights come on. You have to be within 20 miles of the local stations for a clear signal. However, AM stations are not affected. My best guess pertains to some form of ballast bleed possibly from the cheap components. I swap out the kits for a better setup in the future. The light output is nice but having a working components within the truck is also nice. I digress.
Good luck with the quest to find out what is causing the tire sensor to fault out. It sounds like a radio frequency related issue to me.
I had a set of HIDs sold buy a Toyota dealership in my Tundra and if the lights were on, the AM stations were fuzzy but no issues with TPMS. Crazy how those things can emit enough juice to jack up the radio and wheel sensors.

It started when I would get the fault message only at night when on the freeway. I read that it takes 20 miles of continuous driving with the sensors not communicating to throw the error.
So on my trip to Central California last weekend I flipped the headlights on. Almost 20 miles on the dot the error message came on. Turned off the lights and the message was gone within 30 seconds. I can run the fogs with all the running lights with no issues.

Thank you for the explination, i will have to try this and see if it happens to me as well.
Did you buy the same ones that I have from the xenon depot?
I did order the ones linked on the first page from Xd, they are supposed to be delivered to work late friday but we will see if they make it in time, if they do ill try this weekend to get them going if not it will have to wait until next.
My fog lights can in from VLEDs and they are incredible. First picture is factory headlights only, second is fogs only, third is both. House at the end of the street is about 200 ft away
