There is a company called PTO Sales here in Phoenix. 602-252-9390. But they prolly only deal with current stuff. From there I'd say Craigslist and EBAY.
I have an old Chelsea PTO, and some years ago, I found a PTO dealer in Vegas, who had lots of PTO's, but not my model. Mine was only made for a short time, and bolts onto the idler shaft, on the back of the Dana #24 transfer case. My winch is behind the cab, like a tow truck, and I can put my transfer in neutral, engage the PTO, and then use my NP 435 to control the winch speed. ie, I can use 4 speeds of the trans to have a 4 speed winch, powered by the engine. Hope this photo shows it ok..
