smoke problems
New here. I have a late 99 250. Stage 1 injectors and dp tuner. About 250000 miles. Grey smoke when i take off or just idling but once going down the road clears up. Truck seems like it's running fine no loss of of power or fuel in the oil or oil in water. Thought maybe an injector but they was just replaced and only about 8 to 10 thousands miles if that.. I'm in the fort smith ar. Area wondering if anyone close had an AE scanner near to get it scanned. Willing To meet.

No way to check compression. .. what about blow by i don't notice alot smoke coming out there. I did notice smoke coming out near my turbo but checked connections and found nothing loose. Checked blade inside and no up and down slack.

Do you have a portable device, like an iPhone or Android? If so, you will find countless threads here on OBDII apps and adapters. Much cheaper than AE, just not quite as powerful. The BEST link in my signature has an AE map.
