Eating front hubs

Eating front hubs
My Ex is eating left front hubs. The right front and rears don't seem to have an issue.
The factory hub when out at about 110,000. I bought a replacement from O'Reilly's and 15,000 miles later it went out. I put O'Reilly's best hub on the Ex and 6,000 miles later it sounds like it's time to replace that one too.
Any idea what would cause the truck to dump 3 hubs on the same axle in less than 25,000 miles?

Update.
The latest hub/bearing failure was on the right side. It was still the factory part so I'm no longer worried that the left front is eating hubs. However, that will change if the Ex decide that it's hungry for more hubs.
