Locking hub advice sought

I'm hoping there's someone on this board who has done this already who can answer this question. I want to replace the cheap Ford locking hubs that came on my '90 Bronco with a set of Warn Premium Hubs. Is it as simple as removing the Ford hubs and installing the Warn hubs? Or is there more to it?

I just did it to my 91. My wife and I did it in about 20 min, I used the mile marker hubs it was a snap.

It's easy, and the Ford hubs are Warns.

I thought they looked a little too much like the standard Warn hubs for it to be chance. Why are they falling apart? I guess after 13 years of use and abuse that's to be expected...
