Early 04 f three50 (kids thought it would be funny to take the three key off keyboard) with a bad vibration once over 60 mph. Thought it was carrier bearing which was worn but i still replaced it. The u-joints are tight. Not sure where to go next. It is a long bed but these arent normal vibrations. Tires are fine .

I understand that you said that the tires are good. Was there any recent work with mounting and balancing? If so, maybe one of your tire weights are slightly off. Does the vibration feel like it could be the tires?
None. The truck was off the road for a little bit due to bad 7 injector. I can take the truck to discount tire in morning but after that I dont know where else to look. I dont think it is the front hubs, that would be all the time vibrations
Vibrations can be the hardest thing to find so many different things or combination of things can cause it as well as how little it takes to cause it.
Tires alone can be a deceptive cause. Differnt manufactuers;tread design;miss matched tires;differences in sidewall stiffness;even tonumber of rocks and there placement in the trie tread. Improper torque of the lug nuts or torque pattern right down to tire inflation.
Add in drive line;rotors;calipers;brakes and you begin to get the idea.
I feel it mostly in my seat. When i get the truck up to 70 it will bounce like im hit the whoops on a moto cross track. Since I dont feel it in the steering i didnt pay attention to the front end. I hear ya dannyboy....needle in the hay stack
If it were my truck, I would take it to discount tire and have them check the balance on the tires. I would also check the rear shocks for oil underneath to see if the oil seals have failed. I used to have a 2001 f-150 that had the rear end get bouncy after a while. It would "bounce" just a little bit at highway speed, but I imagine it would have felt a lot worse if it had been a longbed. It turned out the rear shocks had no oil in them anymore, due to the seals failing.
sorry after I posted I went to bed , all good advise thus far , in the seat , I would check Drive line for out of balance maybe it was dinged or twisted some how , when I was a kid I did this to my dads truck also take a look at your Calipers hanging up. if you have a gauge like scan Gauge monitor VGT maybe the turbo is starting to seize and throwing some vibration there too .
forgot to ask 4x4 or 2x ? bearings, broke leaf spring, shocks, other vibration non since ( up pipe, tail pipe bracket, block heater plug this one was mine I felt the noise in the seat for some reason and it's located in the front bumper that little sucker vibrated all through the truck.
4x4 Checked to make sure front axles werent locked and the transfer case wasn't engaged but all was fine. Will take laptop with AE and check vgt. The truck has power so not sure bout the turbo going. If the bearings were going wouldn't i feel it thru all speeds? Including turns? (assuming your talking wheel bearings?) Took truck for a drive again and at 80 it shakes the whole truck violently.

If you didnt shift a belt in a rear tire, front you would feel the wheel shaking. sounds like you blew out your shocks, bounce hard on each corner of the truck should rise once, if it bounces 3 or 4 times shocks are done. Believe it or not the wind hitting the truck at 70 will provide down force, which the springs will try to counter, than you get a boat ride, check your shocks, and shock bushings and shock bolts.
Will check the shocks tomorrow and get back with the results. Just out of curiosity when I used AE yesterday there was a DTC for a solenoid in the tranny. Will have to check the p number again. Could something in the trans cause any issues like I am experiencing?
