Need help finding a relay?

I need help finding a relay for a project I'm going to do.

Basically, I'm going to be adding additional reverse lights into my truck, and I want them to turn on automatically when my reverse lights turn on, and then manually when I turn on one of the up-fitter switches installed in my truck.

The lights are controlled by a control module, and it has two modes to control the output of the light.

On mode 1, it just needs one 12V Positive signals.
On mode 2, it needs two 12V positive signals.

Basically, I need a relay that does the following:

On mode 1, allows power to run through from the reverse lamp 12V+ wire and goes into mode 1.
On mode 2, when the upfitter switch is turned on, it needs to send out 2 12V+ outputs.
But, when the upfitter switch is turned off, it needs to go back to mode 1 and get it's 12V+ from the reverse light wiring.

Can anyone point me to the right direction of where I can find this relay?

Thanks!

If my text didn't work out, hopefully these diagrams will explain what I'm trying to do.

I currently have the lights wired up in my truck that doesn't have upfitter switches. I have a 2 position 6 post switch.

It's wired up as follows:

Now when I switch the switch one way, it does this:
Name: SsFE722.png
Views: 476
Size: 503 Bytes
This powers on the lights.

Now when I switch the switch the other way, it does this:
Name: PSu2Uhy.png
Views: 514
Size: 503 Bytes

This powers on the lights ONLY when the reverse lights come on.

So, I'm basically looking for a relay that when it's not getting power from the upfitter switch, it's in the mode that routes out power when the reverse lights are on. And when I turn on the upfitter switch, it overrides the reverse lights and turns the lights on.

Hopefully that's a little more understandable...

...no diagrams visible.

If would also help if you specifically identified the "control" module and linked to its installation documentation.

From the sound of it, all you need are a couple of diodes.

So mode 1 would be the lower light level and would be hooked directly to the reverse lights of the truck?

Mode 2 would be your manual mode, and makes the lights brighter? And that would be hooked to the upfitter switch? If that's the case then I agree, a diode would be all you need.
