Its on my new to me 75 F100 4x4. It was on the 360, which threw a rod and the guy before me replaced it with a (supposedly) 390. I don't too much care about the displacement, it turned over freely so I figure I can putter around in it all summer and rebuild a motor over the winter for it.
Anyway, they painted it to death, I don't see any markings, but it's an aluminum single plane, with a spread bore flange. Just curious if it's worthwhile to use, or sell. I'd intended to use an Edelbrocks anyway, so if I can work with this, that's a plus.
Not much to work with as far as pictures go, but you might get a couple hits from the description. I have heard that dual plane is better for street performance than single plane.

Yes my pic sucks, I wasn't concerned about the intake when I took it lol, you are correct though, it is a square bore pattern. I had quadrajets on the brain while I was typing.
I can get a better pic this weekend, but I don't think it will help much as its been heavily painted and doesn't have any raised markings I can see.
So I guess my question is, is the Edelbrock Streetmaster a similar low rise single plane, or did the factory use any aluminum low rise single planes?
If your going Edelbrock I'd go with the performer rpm and a 500 to 600 cfm four unless you plan to hop it up. Electric choke street avenger works great on my 428cj. It however is a 770 cfm and would be too much for your engine. They are made in the 500 to 600 cfm flavors.
It is probably a Streetmaster, does it look like the ports are slanted? The Streetmaster tested well in Jay Brown's book The Great FE Intake Comparo
