Bed mounting differences 2x4 and 4x4
Is there a mounting pattern\width difference between a 2 wheel drv bed and a F250 4x4 ?

Not that I know of, I don't think ford would do something THAT weird...

I'm not aware of any difference within the 67-72s.

No, all 1967/72 F100/350's use the same beds.
The only difference is the various types of body side mouldings and the marker lamps used on 1968/72's, and the nameplates.

Essentially take a 2 wheel bed and mount it on a same generation highboy frame without drilling holes? I'd like to keep the original look.

1967/72 2WD/4WD Styleside beds are the same, and the 33 1/2" width between the inner frame rails behind the cab is the same for all 1967/77 F250 4WD High Boys.
