What are the ICPV's at KOEO? Also how long ago has it been since the EGR valve was pulled and cleaned. Is it throwing any codes?
I'll check egr later today and try to get back with some numbers..... what is the prefered cleaner guys are using on the egr.... I seem to remember some controversy between carb cleaner and brake cleaner.

I use carb cleaner, just be sure not to get it in the top ( electrical ) side of the valve and make sure you lube the orings with oil before you reinstall it.
I pulled the egr and it was filthy. Unfortunately its pretty wet in there too...... Not sure if its related to my no start problem , but its definitely a problem.
Update........ aside from my now apparent egr delete leaking, I am also missing my oil fill cap ( not sure how long i have been driving without it, or what happened to it. I am also not registering any oil pressure while cranking. Oil level is good on the dipstick, but im thinkink that debris may have contaminated the oil and is causing the lack of oil pressure...... aside from the obvious ( changing oil and filter) what else can i do if dust or debris has enterd the oil.
My spread has been creeping up over the last couple of years and a new oil cooler has been on my list....... i didn't think this was as big of an issue if the egr cooler was deleted.

If your egr cooler is deleted you don't have a wet egr from coolant. It can be gooey sticky and not be from coolant entering the system. Unless someone did a stealth delete and it failed.
Not sure how to tell the difference between damp or gooey..... All i know is that i had some sludgey stuff down in there..... kinda like black toothpaste.
